Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us” or “GoEuroGolf” refers to the tour operator.
  • “You” means the person booking or participating in a GoEuroGolf package, including all travelers represented in the booking.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings are accepted by phone, credit card, or via our secure online payment portal.
  • The primary contact (“lead booker”) is accountable for the full group booking, any amendments, and payment schedule.
  • Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and flagged at the booking stage.
  • A contract is formed after GoEuroGolf issues a reservation confirmation. Review promptly and mention any discrepancies within 48 hours.
  • It is the responsibility of each traveller (or the lead passenger on behalf of all travellers) to read and understand the most up-to-date Terms & Conditions available on our website before booking.
  • These Terms & Conditions may change without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are given in Euro (€), based on twin or double occupancy unless otherwise stated.
  • Single occupancy may incur a supplement.
  • All quotes are subject to change until confirmed; only finalized bookings lock in pricing.
  • Payments must be made in Euros. Bank fees and any currency exchange differences are the client’s responsibility.
  • Credit/debit card payments may incur processing fees (explained transparently at the time of transaction).

 

Deposits & Payment Schedule:

  • A deposit, typically 30% of the total package, is required on booking; this is non-refundable.

 

10/10/10 Payment Plan is now in operation –

Just to clarify how our 10/10/10 payment plan works:

  • An initial 10% deposit is paid to secure your booking (for example, on 01/10/2025)
  • The second installment of 10% is due the following month (01/11/2025)
  • The final installment of 10% is paid the month after (01/12/2025)

 

This means your total deposit is spread over three months, with 30% paid in total to confirm your trip. The remaining balance is due 100 days before you arrive. As per terms and conditions  All green fees are strictly non-refundable. 

 

  • For bookings made within 100 days of departure, full payment is due at booking.

4. Cancellations & Amendments

Cancellations by Client:

To cancel, written notice from the lead booker is required (email accepted).

Cancellation charges:

* From time of booking to 12 weeks prior to date of arrival – Loss of 30% Deposit only. 

* 22 days to 84 days prior to date of arrival – Loss of 30% Deposit and an additional 50% of Total Tour Price. 

* Less than 21 days prior to date of arrival – Loss of 100% of the Total Tour Price. 

Changes/Amendments:

  • Any amendments are subject to availability and may involve extra costs.
  • At least one amendment per booking is free; fees may apply to subsequent changes.
  • Notify GoEuroGolf of changes in writing; confirmation will be sent via email to the lead booker.

Cancellations or Changes by Us:

  • We may modify or cancel the package due to unforeseen supplier issues, insufficient numbers, or force majeure events. Where possible, an alternative or refund will be offered.

5. Services Included

  • Standard packages include accommodations, breakfast, green fees, transfers, and activities as detailed in your itinerary.

6. Insurance & Liability

  • Comprehensive travel insurance covering golf, medical issues, and trip disruptions is mandatory.
  • GoEuroGolf acts as a booking agent and is not responsible for losses, injuries, or interruptions caused by third-party providers or outside our control.
  • Clients are responsible for their own conduct and compliance with all supplier rules (courses, hotels, transport).

7. Conduct & Client Responsibilities

  • Only named travelers may use booked services.
  • Damages occurring at accommodation or in vehicles are the responsibility of the travelers.
  • Inappropriate conduct may lead to cessation of services without refund.

8. Force Majeure

  • GoEuroGolf cannot be held liable for losses due to major incidents beyond reasonable control (e.g. weather, strikes, pandemics, etc.).

9. Documentation & Travel Requirementse

  • It is each traveler’s responsibility to ensure valid passports, visas, and compliance with health regulations.
  • Non-EU clients should have proper documentation for driving, travel, and health insurance.

10. Golf Course & Weather Policies

  • All travelers are expected to observe golf etiquette and correct attire.
  • Course conditions, maintenance, or pairings may vary and are outside GoEuroGolf’s control.
  • Tee times are subject to change by the course; GoEuroGolf will seek suitable alternatives but cannot guarantee preferred timings or refunds for schedule changes or weather disruptions.

11. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  • Complaints must be made in writing during or soon after the tour (within 7 days of return) for proper handling.
  • GoEuroGolf’s liability is limited to direct services delivered; interventions with suppliers are provided as a courtesy.

12. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Client data are secured and used solely for booking, operational, and marketing communications with opt-in consent.

13. Copyright & Usage

  • All materials, content, and itineraries remain the intellectual property of GoEuroGolf, 2025. Use is permitted only for personal booking purposes.
